Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, American Express and Paypal.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will not charge for any item (including pre-orders) until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may supply your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet. If you have paid using Paypal then the funds will be taken from your account when you place your order as we are unable to take funds ourselves via Paypal.
Unfortunately, we are UNABLE to accept Paypal eCheque payments.
We make every effort to ensure pricing and item details are correct.
All products remain the property of Grufti Ltd until they are paid for in full.
Shipping And Handling
All prices are subject to postal charges (see postal rates). We aim to ship all items within 14 days of placing your order; many are shipped considerably more quickly than this. If there is to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will keep you informed. All orders will be carefully packaged and legibly addressed.
Standard estimated delivery times are:-
UK: 1-2 working days from shipping date.
Europe: 4-5 working days from shipping date.
Rest of World: 7-12 working days from shipping date.
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order. Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive within the following time scale:-
UK: 21 working days from shipping date.
Europe: 28 working days from shipping date.
Rest of World: 35 working days from shipping date.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any package shipped to a customer - this is the responsibility of the postal service. We are willing to assist you in the investigation of the loss or damage of your package, providing we are informed within the above time scales.
Music Non Stop Postage Rates
Our standard postage rates are as follows:
UK 1st Class :- 1st item £1.25, £0.75 per item thereafter
UK 2nd Class :- 1st item £1.00, £0.50 per item thereafter
Europe :- 1st item £2.00, £1.50 per item thereafter
Rest of World :- 1st item £2.50, £2.00 per item thereafter
Heavier and bulkier items will be subject to an additional postage charge.
T-shirts are charged at 50p above the standard UK rate and £1.00 above the standard rate for Europe and the rest of the world:
UK 1st Class :- 1st item £1.75, £1.25 per item thereafter
UK 2nd Class :- 1st item £1.50, £1.00 per item thereafter
Europe :- 1st item £3.00, £2.50 per item thereafter
Rest of World :- 1st item £3.50, £3.00 per item thereafter
12" Vinyl is charged at £2.00 above the standard UK rate, £3.00 above the standard rate for Europe and £4.00 above the standard rate for the rest of the world:
UK 1st Class :- 1st item £3.25, £2.75 per item thereafter
UK 2nd Class :- 1st item £3.00, £2.50 per item thereafter
Europe :- 1st item £5.00, £4.50 per item thereafter
Rest of World :- 1st item £6.50, £6.00 per item thereafter
Concert tickets are charged at a reduced cost of 25p below the standard UK rate and 50p below the standard rate for Europe and the rest of the world:
UK 1st Class :- 1st item £1.00, £0.50 per item thereafter
UK 2nd Class :- 1st item £0.75, £0.25 per item thereafter
Europe :- 1st item £1.50, £1.00 per item thereafter
Rest of World :- 1st item £2.00, £1.50 per item thereafter
All other items are charged at the standard rate unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The MNS part shipment policy means that all goods are despatched as quickly as possible, which may result in several seperate shipments. If you would prefer your shipment to be despatched to you as one complete parcel, please email us at email@example.com and this request will be assigned to your order.
PLEASE NOTE that shipping using our standard rates does NOT including a tracking number. We are therefore unable to track your parcel once it has left our premises.
A tracking number is only available when you choose Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed For delivery. We are unable to track parcels sent by any other delivery method.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE that the additional charge for shipping Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed For is applied on a PER SHIPMENT basis. It will appear ONCE at checkout when your inital order is placed. However, if your order is part-shipped, it will incur an extra charge for Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed For delivery on each additional shipment thereafter.
If you choose Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed For delivery and pay by Paypal, we will be unable to make such an additional charge. In this instance, we will wait until your whole order is in stock before shipping. Alternatively, you may instruct us to send whatever is in stock straight away, and have the all shipments thereafter sent by regular 1st or 2nd Class postage, or Airmail (as appropriate) OR, if preferred, you can make additional PAYPAL payments to cover the cost of additional shipment charges.
Due to the large number of lost parcels in particular countries, we are only able to ship to the following countries using the 'International Signed For' method of Posting:-

If you need to change the delivery address of an order that has already been placed, then you must email us to let us know the new address. Changing your address within your account will NOT change your address in any orders already placed.

Terms and Conditions for Concert Tickets
- Your tickets are guaranteed once your order is placed.
- A Booking Fee is payable on ticket purchases, the value of which is dependent on the value of the ticket.
- We will only charge your credit/debit card when the tickets are shipped. With Paypal the payment is taken from your account at the point of ordering.
- We will ship tickets within 3 business days of your purchase, starting from the Ticket Shipping Date specified below.
- Reduced postal rates apply to tickets, see Postal Rates for details.
- Loyalty bonuses are not accrued on tickets, as MNS is only the agent and not the vendor.
- Refunds will only be given where the event is cancelled or the headline act changes, not where the supporting act(s) are altered.
-Under these circumstances, if tickets have already been shipped, we are unfortunately only able to refund the FACE VALUE of the tickets. The Booking Fee and postage costs are non-refundable unless tickets have not yet been shipped.
- Records will be kept of ticket numbers should there be any disputes.
- We have no responsibility whatsoever for the acts of the promoter, venues or customers in terms of cancellations, postponements, door policies, age restriction, lost or stolen tickets, or any other matter reasonably beyond our control.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed to be kept aware of the situation. We make all reasonable endeavors to meet any stated delivery dates, however, any delivery dates given are only estimates and can change for reasons beyond our control.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All Credit Card information is held securely with our third party payment providers, SecureTrading (www.securetrading.com) and Paypal (www.paypal.com).
All advertised items come with the manufacturers standard warranty. Unless otherwise stated.

We hope that we can deal with your problem in just a few moments on the telephone. However, if your complaint is more complex and is submitted in writing we promise to:
- acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
- advise you of how long we feel it will take to resolve the complaint
- keep you informed throughout the process
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Once an order has been placed, you will have the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment without reason. If you are a customer, you may cancel your orders within 7 days following the receipt of the goods. Under these conditions Music Non Stop would return your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Depending upon the reason for cancellation, you may have to pay the cost of returning the goods to our store. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods to us you must contact us first to obtain a returns authorisation code. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and complete with all booklets etc within 14 days of cancellation date. Unless Music Non Stop arranges collection, the cost of returning the goods must be met by the purchaser together with any insurance costs. The risk of any returned goods not collected by Music Non Stop is wholly with the purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for physical defects or damage. If you find any such physical defects or damage you must tell us within 7 working days of delivery. This will enable us to make the necessary claim on the relevant Mail insurance. We will then arrange for the safe return to us at no cost to yourself. You will be offered a refund or replacement at your discretion, replacement is subject to availability.
MNS Loyalty Scheme
All customers who make a purchase at MNS are automatically entered into the MNS Loyalty Scheme.
The Music Non Stop Loyalty Scheme works by awarding a cash sum to a customers loyalty account, every time an individual order is placed. The loyalty bonus is awarded for the value of the product only and is totally exclusive of postage, packaging etc. The total amount awarded can be viewed within each product.
The loyalty bonus currently earned is 1.5% of the value of each product. MNS reserve the right to change this at any time.
When an order is placed the total loyalty amount for that particular order is placed in the customers loyalty 'pending' account.
When the ENTIRE order is shipped, the loyalty amount for that order becomes available to spend 7 DAYS after the last item on the order has been dispatched.
The loyalty amount pending and available to spend are available to view at any time under 'My Account'.
Customers are free to redeem the amount in their loyalty acccount at checkout, and are also able to build them up over time if they prefer.
Please note that customers are unable to exchange the amount in their loyalty account for a physical cash sum.
Please note that ALL TICKETS are excluded from the loyalty scheme.
If an item is cancelled from your order before shipping, the amount of loyalty earned for that product will be removed from your loyalty pending account.
If products are returned to MNS after shipping and no replacement is required, MNS reserve the right to remove the total amount of loyalty bonus earned for that product, from your loyalty account. If no loyalty sum is available to spend at the time of return, MNS reserve the right to deduct the amount when more become available to spend.
Gift certificates can not be used to pay for musicnonstop.co.uk gift certificates.
Gift certificates have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account, viewable under 'My Account'.
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit/debit card or Paypal.
Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
