Terminal Choice - New Born Enemies |
 |
Review
After two highly successful albums, one DVD and one EP with BLUTENGEL, Mastermind Chris Pohl ordered his cult group TERMINAL CHOICE back into the studio to record their most aggressive album to date. With Louis Manke (of STAUBKIND fame) and Gordon on guitars and Jens Gärtner operating the electronics, Pohl consequently continued down the path on which he had embarked with "Menschenbrecher": fusing gothic electro with memorable tunes and a US-style hard guitar inferno. On "New Born Enemies", this addictive fusion is driven to perfection with power chords slicing through the air and Pohl’s dark vocals carrying the addictive industrial-metal very effectively. Mixed by producer-legend John Fryer (DEPECHE MODE, NINE INCH NAILS, HIM).
